- Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
- - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
- - In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar until well combined.
