Make Dough:
-Mix whole wheat flour with salt, water, and a little oil to form a soft dough.
-Knead for 5–6 mins, cover, and rest it for 20–30 mins.
Make Paneer Filling:
-Mix grated paneer with all spices, herbs, and onion (if using).
-Ensure it’s dry, lump-free, and well-seasoned.
Roll and Stuff:
-Take a dough ball, roll into a 4–5 inch circle.
-Place 2 tbsp paneer filling in the center.
-Bring edges together like a pouch and seal.
-Flatten gently and roll into a ~6–7 inch paratha. Be gentle to avoid tearing.
Cook:
-Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium-high.
-Place paratha, cook until light brown spots appear.
-Flip, apply ghee/oil, and cook both sides until golden and slightly crispy.
