Recipe

Step 1: Prepare the Base
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and bay leaf.
- Add sliced onions and sauté till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell fades.
Step 2: Make the Masala
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, and a little water.
- Add cashew-poppy paste and mix well. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Lower the flame and add whisked yogurt slowly, stirring constantly.
Step 3: Add Paneer and Cream
- Add paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Pour in the fresh cream and stir. Sprinkle garam masala.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with fresh mint or coriander. Serve hot with naan, pulao, or paratha.
