Recipe

Step 1: Sauté Onions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell disappears.
Step 2: Cook the Masala
- Add turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder. Sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
- Mix in whisked curd and stir well, cooking on low flame.
Step 3: Add Paneer and Onion Petals
- Add paneer cubes and onion petals. Gently stir everything together.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes on low heat. Add kasuri methi and garam masala.
Step 4: Serve
- Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
