Paneer Butter Masala

Step 1: Sauté Onion and Tomato Base
- Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the mixture thickens and oil separates.
Step 2: Add Spices
- Mix in turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Add Paneer and Cream
- Add paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them with the masala.
- Add garam masala, kasuri methi (crushed), and fresh cream. Stir well.
Step 4: Simmer and Serve
- Simmer for 5-6 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and a dollop of butter. Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
