- 1 cup curd (thick yogurt) – chilled
- ½ to ¾ cup cold water
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Crushed ice – optional
- Garnish: Chopped pistachios, almonds, or saffron strands
- A few drops of rose water (optional)

- Preparation of Lassi:
- -Add curd, sugar, water (or milk), and cardamom to a blender.
- -Blend till smooth and frothy (about 1–2 mins).
- -Taste and adjust sweetness.
- -Pour into tall glasses.
- -Garnish with nuts or saffron. Serve chilled!
