For the Paratha:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
For the Filling (Chicken Version):
- 250g boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
For the Onion Salad:
- 1 onion, green chili (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Chaat masala
- A pinch of salt

- Make the Dough:
- Mix maida, salt, and oil. Add water gradually to form a soft dough.
- Knead well and rest it for 30 mins.
- Prepare Chicken Filling:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, spices, and ginger-garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, cook marinated chicken until tender and slightly charred. Keep aside.
- Onion Salad:
- Mix sliced onions with lemon juice, green chilies, salt, and chaat masala.
- Make Parathas:
- Roll out dough into thin circles.
- Cook on a tawa with oil or ghee till golden and flaky.
- Assemble the Roll
- Lay the paratha on a foil or butter paper.
- Add chicken filling, onion salad, and sauces.
- Roll it up tight and wrap one end with foil for the true street-style look.
