Make the Dough:
Mix maida, salt, and oil. Add water gradually to form a soft dough.
Knead well and rest it for 30 mins.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
Marinate chicken with yogurt, spices, and ginger-garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, cook marinated chicken until tender and slightly charred. Keep aside.
Onion Salad:
Mix sliced onions with lemon juice, green chilies, salt, and chaat masala.
Make Parathas:
Roll out dough into thin circles.
Cook on a tawa with oil or ghee till golden and flaky.
Assemble the Roll
Lay the paratha on a foil or butter paper.
Add chicken filling, onion salad, and sauces.
Roll it up tight and wrap one end with foil for the true street-style look.
