Recipe

Step 1: Sauté Veggies
- In a kadai, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add cubed onions and capsicum. Sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Masala
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan. Add cumin seeds, then chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
Step 3: Add Paneer and Veggies
- Add the sautéed capsicum and onion cubes, along with paneer cubes. Mix gently.
- Add kadai masala, pepper powder, garam masala, and kasuri methi. Stir well.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add little water if gravy is too thick.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with roti, naan, or paratha.
