Step 1: Rinse & Soften Aval
-Rinse the poha gently under running water for a few seconds.
- and set aside for 5–10 minutes to absorb moisture and soften.
Step 2: Mash the Bananas
-Peel and mash bananas in a bowl until smooth but slightly chunky.

Step 3: Prepare Mixture
-In the same bowl, add softened poha, grated coconut, jaggery, and mashed bananas.
- Mix gently with hands or spoon until jaggery melts in and everything is combined.
Step 4: Flavor Boost
-Add cardamom powder, ghee, a pinch of salt, and optional coconut milk or warm milk.
- This gives a creamy, flavorful touch.
Step 5: Add Crunch
Mix in roasted sesame seeds and crushed roasted peanuts or cashews for a lovely texture and nutty twist.
